Ready Or Not...here It Comes!
My wedding is only ten days away and I am starting to get really nervous. My fiance and I have done nothing but talk about our wedding for the past year and now it is so close we can't believe it! This is my last week of work and then I have another week before the wedding to finish last minute details. I am booked in for hair trials, makeup trials, waxing, dyeing, nails etc and I have family flying over next week so my wedding day will be here before I know it! Has anyone else been suffering from sleepless nights, upset stomach and anxiety? I have pretty calm about it all, or so I thought - but now I am starting to feel quite ill! I can't wait though, it's going to be awesome and I'm looking forward to my honeymoon!

oooh how exciting. I imagine when I'm that close I will have a stomach full of butterflies too. Enjoy your day and come back and tell us all about it (and the honeymoon too!).

Girl what took you so long to find us?
I couldn't sleep the month before the wedding, but suprisingly enough I slept like a baby the night before. Of course the champagne and wine may have helped that along a little...!
Enjoy this time Elle, it goes by so so fast...

Hey - Welcome to Pash!
I had that too - at night I kept thinking of everything I have to do and wondering if it will all get done.

Welcome! Glad you found us just in time to come back with details! We love pictures, too! I'm sure there's a lot of last-minute panic. Just try to remember to breathe and stop and take things in. The day will go by so quickly once it's here.

Congrats and welcome! I think the sleepless night are pretty common! I had a really hard time sleeping for a couple of months before the wedding. Try to get as much rest as you can though so you aren't a sleepy bundle of nerves on THE day!

I'm right there with you, ljeagle.....the odd thing is that I awake in a panic thinking of the oddest little thing and then it just goes from there....

My wedding is actually on the 14th January, but I think because I'm in Australia there is a day difference between us am I right? I have actually been reading this forum for over a year now but haven't actually contributed much because I prefer to see what everyone else thinks - you are all so wise! But maybe after I'm married I will be an expert on the subject! I am honeymooning on the Gold Coast of Queensland (Australia)- such a beautiful place. It has gorgeous beaches, amusement parks, tropical climate, fabulous shopping - need I go on? Anyone who hasn't yet booked a honeymoon why don't you give Australia a try? You would love it. Plus American dollars are worth more here!

Elle - that is weird and cool that we are getting married on 2 different dates but actually at the same time.

'3 days' (love that song!)
You must be so excited, both of you!
Jen: Has your FH still got stuff to sort out? I'd be climbing the walls by now! You've only got 3 days left to go!!! That's today and tommorrow then you *really* need to be ready I've got butterflies for you!
I get nervous when I think about how much I still have to do, and I've still got nearly 4 months... I can only imagine how I'll be when it gets as close as yours are! Maybe I'll be totally serene because it's all in place
In gonna ask Bebe and Labeadel to mentor me, they seemed completely in control when their's both came around

 <----is that you???
I thought I'd be like that the week before the wedding, but I wasn't...I was SICK! Yes, I caught a cold in the middle of August--WTF??
Anyways, be sure you get enough sleep in these next couple days so you're well rested for the big day (and honeymoon!!). Are you working at all this week?

AHHHHHHHHHH! (screaming with Jennifer) Isn't it amazing how time flies! Deep breaths! Deeeeeeeep breaths... okay that's enough, we can't have you passing out on us.
Ann, the only thing that kept me sane was my meticulous planning of the details and my obsessive compulsion to organize! Oh, and my Alluna sleeping pills. I've got your back, girl!

Thanks ladies...now you all have me super nervous! LOL
Just kidding. I'm fine. I don't feel anxious or anything. I just keep thinking of my checklist every day and I keep calling my bridesmaids and close friends for last minute errands or favors. I have one bridesmaid that I am sure won't show up and so I am having the MOH call her today to find out if she still plans on coming.
FH has a lot to do. He needs to print programs, address cards, and a sign to say what floor the wedding is located on (our church is big, lol) He is picking up the tux today…which really hits home b/c the tux is usually the last thing to do before the wedding.
Me, FH and one of the MOH’s went to do the spray tan last night. We are all bright white so we decided to look sun-kissed, LOL. Yeah right..my feet look like I’ve been walking through clay! I have done this type of tanning a ton of times so I knew what to expect. A little uneven color is fine b/c it has time to fade. But I wonder how they look? I haven’t heard from either one of them yet. We’ll see!
I appreciate all of your comments! You girls are AWESOME!!!! If I get a free moment on Friday…I will update you guys with the emotions I am feeling. Right now though…I am so eager to start getting ready. I want to go do my hair and make up!

I'm not too panicked. I'm just wanting to know either way. I joked with a friend about having her fill in if needed and she was all over it. She said to just let her know and she could do it.

Is anyone seeing my ticker today? Seriously...1 day! I can't believe it is really here.
The BM that I thought wouldn't come said she will be there. I told her our hair is at 9:30 am and bridal luncheon is at noon. She said she will be there at 1 or 2. NICE!
But that's ok...my MIL, SIL, and 2 BM will be skipping the lunch that I had planned for them. Oh well...as long as my mom, grandmother, neice, 2 best friends and other SIL is there...I should be less nervous.
Speaking of nervous...it has set in today! I can't even drink my coffee much less eat anything.
