Directions
Personalize these wedding invitation templates by deleting the sample text and typing your own wedding information into the text boxes.
Font: The typefaces used in these templates are Copperplate Gothic Light and Edwardian Script and is available for both PC and Mac platforms for Microsoft Word. For the stamp effect, please replace the initials with your initials. The font for the stamp is Copperplate Gothic Light and for the rest of the template, Edwardian Script.
These templates are built to fit multiple cards onto a letter size page (8 1/2 × 11 inches). Once trimmed each card is a standard card size and will fit into standard sized envelopes. In order to ensure that the cards will fit into the corresponding envelopes, trim off the excess paper around the crop marks.
For each template, in order to get the colored background, you must print them on colored paper, for example, red on a cream paper. This was done in order to save ink. Try printing the template on different textures and colors to get the combination you want.
Card sizes and special instructions for each template are listed below.

Table Card
Table Card

Cards per Sheet:
Completed Cover Size (L x W): - 5 × 3 ½ inches, horizontal-fold
Paragraph Styles- Table Number – 72 pt Edwardian Script
Additional Instructions
- As a folded card, this has the table number printed on both sides. When printed, one of the numbers must be upside down and in order to accomplish this, one of the text box must be made as a graphic.
- First copy the text box that contains the number. Under “Edit”, there’s an option called “Paste Special”. After clicking on this, a window opens. Choose “Picture (PNG)”.
- You now have an image. There should be a picture toolbar where you should find a “Text Wrapping” button. Click on that and choose “Behind Text”. This enables you to rotate and move the image.

Help!
After i save the template and pull it up in Word, it appears as two invitations on one page. How do I print the invitations like this? Can I make it as one invitation?

I believe the invitations (and all the other component) are deisnged to be printed on regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper... so there would be two 5x7 invitations per page. You will have to cut a 1/2 inch of each side and 3/4 inches off the top and bottom, and then cut the paper inhalf to make two invitations.
For more info... read the Directions at the top of the thread...

I just tried everything I could think of. The directions posted with it do not work for me, and I can't get anything else to work either. Maybe I'll fuss some more tomorrow. Hopefully someone can provide more direction!
ETA: if you have to, you can print this by deleting the upside down portion (select the text portion then hit delete; for the colored squares you'll need to crop the image--which is actually all four colored squares on the page). Then run the paper through the printer twice, turning it the second time so that it prints on the other side of the paper. That's how I used to have to make table tents with panel members' names for my old job.
If you want to do this and my instructions aren't making sense, let me know. I can do it and email it to you--just send me a pm.

Hi,
You are actually suppose to manually crop those out by hand. You would do this by using a paper trimmer/cutter (like this one) and by following the crop lines printed on the invitations. Hope this helps.

I love these templates. I took the invitation to Kinkos to copy and they said that they needed a copyright release from the name printed on the invitation. How can I obtain that release? Thank you!
