Question Sea blues and greens with bright (tropical) flowers?

So I think we've nailed down our colors... still sticking with shades of bright blue and sea green (think colors of Caribbean seas) for the overall colors, and for my bouquet/his boutenniere, we'll go with creamy whites (roses, rununculus, gardenias, orchids) with bits of green (like jade roses and/or green hydrangeas).

But for the reception flowers/centerpieces, we want to incorporate bright, tropical flowers/foiliage... bright pinks, reds, oranges (we're going to bring in kind of a Hawaiian/island feel).

I've literally got ONE photo of a wedding done with this combination of colers and flowers (it's in a wedding planning book a friend gave me) and it's STUNNING... but I'd still like to find more photos of other ideas using those colors together, just to get a better feel of how to pull it off.

So do any of you have pics of something along these lines?

Yup, those are the exact colors of blue (and I adore that platter!!!)... and I love both that invite and that cake... but I'm just having a hard time finding pics of the type of flowers I'm wanting combined WITH those shades of blue and green. (it's hard to tell what the flowers look like in that smallest pic, but it looks like it's the right idea! lol)

Those are the exact colors (blue and sea foam green) that we used for our wedding! We used very simple flowers (white roses) but I can picture the bright colors you are thinking of. I personally love bold, bright pink but I don't know about red or orange (just my personal bias against those colors ) I think it would all look great together! I have to run some errands but I'll look through my photos when I get back and see if I have anything.

ETA: I couldn't find any, sorry!!

Want to make a really bold statement? Why not go for hot pinks & oranges in the flowers?

I just saw those posted on a thread on another forum, and I LOVE them....

I guess my thing is finding those shades of flowers combined...

Here's the closest I've found (sorry - it's a picture of a picture in a book... lol).... I think we'd flip the table setting (blue as the predominant color with green as the accent), but I'd just like more vibrance in the flowers...

I like the pink and orange together, but it seems more Austin Powers than Tropical. Personally, I love turquoise, pink and purple for a Hawaiian look.
