OMG NO!!
I just realize I can't find the earrings his mom loaned me!
What am I going to do!
I've looked EVERYWHERE!
I'm a wreck, he keeps telling me "dont' worry, we'll find them"
don't worry?
DONT WORRY??
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH

Systematically go through every room in the house and look in every nook and cranny. Do it calmly and slowly.
If you don't find them after that, just relax for a while and I'll bet you'll either remember, or they will turn up when you're not looking for them.
Hate to echo - but don't worry!

I agree with Heather. The more you panic, the worse it's going to seem if you can't immediately find them. They are in your house somewhere!

They are there and you'll find them. Sit down, relax, and try to think of the last time you had them and retrace your steps.
They're there somewhere!!!

*sigh*
you're right.
but I just keep remembering different scenarios...
like did I put them on the spare bed before I took the dress back to be exchanged?
or
did i find the earrings when i got there (they were in the accessory bag) and put them in my purse.
i checked in my car where my garment bag stayed from the time I exchanged to the time my dress came in, but to no avail.
I am just SO STRESSED.
This was the last thing I needed.
btw, if anyone has a pair of mother of pearl flower studs I will most definitely pay top dollar!

So, I told her...
We were over at their house for the 4th and she started talking about the wedding... I cannot lie, so I just pulled her aside and blubbered my entire story out.
and she answered.....
oh, honey, I got those at dress barn. no biggie... don't sweat the small stuff!

That is great news tha she didn't care and she is right you can't sweat the small stuff. If anything that is what the wedding had taught me.
