Sorta about flowers
First... does anyone elso take forever to figure out which forum to put their posts in? Maybe I'm just weird and haven't got it all figured out yet.
Any who, I came across a great idea I'd like to share. I know many of us have loved ones who have passed away. I was looking at someones bio on theknot.com and she put little pictures of her deceased parents on a beaded necklace dangling from her bouquet. It was descrete but sweet. Here's her name incase you want to look at her bio too or incase I get in trouble for stealing her idea with out crediting her, MRSGOLABONTE.

I would of put it in this forums. Don't feel bad I think we all have trouble figuring out where to put things. You will have to share a picture after u do it. I'm string a necklace that was my grandmothers in with my flowers and also having a pair of earing's holding the ribbon on my flowers that was another grandmother...

That is a really good idea. I was trying to think of a different way to honor my dad and stepdad, and I think that is one way.

I think that is a lovely idea. Subtle enough not to be morbid but still obvious enough to show they're not being overlooked.

That's really pretty. I like the little antique-looking frames.

I like that idea - it allows the bride to honor her parents in her own way.
And I have the same problem about forums - on Bliss, the categories were more general. Now there's so many specific categories, and sometimes I'll post something that can be applied to more than one forum.
Can Steve or someone move a post if it belongs in a different forum?
