Default Substitute for Carnations

I am looking for a reasonably priced substitute for carnations. I do not like the way the carnations look at all. I don't know if it matters, but the wedding is in Montana.

Thanks!!

You might be able to use a flower by the romantic name of "stock"...I think it is a commonly used filler flower and so it probably isn't very expensive.

I don't like carnations either, but DH loves them. So his bout. was made of mini button carnations and we didn't have them anywhere else!
