Default Went to a wedding...

I went to a wedding last weekend and I wanted to tell you guys about it! I have no pictures because when I grabbed my camera...I didn't take along batteries...But anyways...

The Bride and Groom did a Harley theme, so their colors were black and orange....the bridesmaids wore black strapless tea length dresses with tiger lilies in their boquets. The groom and groomsmen had orange vests and ties with orange calla lilies for their bouts....

The cake was three tier and whatever baker did the cake...cut sheet cakes into the Harley Davidson symbol...decorated in all white...it was yummy. They had the ceremony at a local country church and the reception in the grooms family barn. Their centerpieces were literally jack daniels bottles (full) with fancy bows....it was pretty much no frills....and a drunk fest....

The best part was looking on the dancefloor and seeing the guys in suits dancing next to the guys in leather chaps and do-rags....

Oh no, don't tell my FH... he'll wanna do a Honda/Kawasaki (he rides a CBR900RR, I ride a ZX6R) or sportbike themed wedding...

That sounds like so much fun. I've been to weddings with a lot of Harley enthusiasts in attendance and it's always a blast. It wasn't a Harley theme but it sure turned into one, lol.

Normally, I think that "themed" weddings can turn cheesy, but what you're describing sounds so cool.

My cousin (the one who got married two days before Christmas) loves to watch WWE (or whatever it's called now). I thought that the wedding was going to be ridiculous because he wanted to incorporate WWE into the wedding, but it ended up being better than I thought it would be. They announced the groomsmen and the groom just like they'd be announced if they were wrestling. It was pretty funny; I've never laughed during a wedding ceremony before that one!
