Eeeeiiipppp!
There are only 173 days left until June 17! Yipes. Lol, I know some of yours are closer than mine, but I feel like I haven't gotten a whole lot done. Ugh, and getting FH to cooperate with me and get ahold of the band is driving me up the flipping wall. Oh, and furthermore, I was going to go to Wal-Mart and get our pictures taken (I have one picture that has the two of us in it....but it also has other ppl.) so we can have a nice picture of the two of us. We're both off today...so I figure it would be a good day to do it right? No, his response is that, "I'd really like to have a day off." As if he hasn't been off since Friday, and forbid he has to wake up before noon. GRRRR...so, he made me mad and I told him to forget it. Sorry 'bout my rant, didn't mean to bore you guys to tears. Lol. Anyhew, you all have a nice day. :-D

Its fustrating huh?! I'm sorry! I didn't even bother with the engagment photos. Although my photo package includes them, so were going to end up taking them, just not in enough time to do anything with them. Maybe I can try to get my $ back.
What else do you have to get done? Have you gotten your dress? I have'nt And I really needd to get on top of that. There really is just so much to do already. June is getting very close. Hmmm... I guess that makes it 179 days until June 24....

We didn't do engagement pictures, either. It was hard enough to get him to take actual wedding pictures because he hates to pose for pictures.
Sparkle - the time will fly, trust me! What do you have left to do?

I don't necissarily want engagement pictures, I just want one of the two of us. He HATES having his picture taken....like yours Feb, he's going to hate the wedding day itself b/c of all the pictures.
Let me think...this is what I have done.
Dress- ordered and paid for
Ceremony Venue- booked
Reception Venue- booked
Cake Topper- have
A few decorating items (tulle and candleholders)
Now, on the to do list-
Get a band for reception
make cd's for when the band takes a break
Food for reception
Find someone to do the cake
Pick out BM dresses
Get males in to be fitted for tuxes
Make flowers
Find someone to do BP's hair
Find shoes, slip, bra, tiara, and veil for me
I know there's more, but I can't think of it right now. I'll add later.

Can I just say that my FH HATES getting his picture taken as well!!! However I wanted engagement pictures because we don't have any pictures with just the two of us that weren't taken at a bar somewhere...
I set up an sitting with our wedding photographer and basically made my FH go. He hemmed and hawed....but now that it's done and we've gotten the pictures (that he liked) he's glad that he did it because our photographer made him very comfortable and now he knows what to expect on our wedding day...and I think kind of looking forward to seeing how those pictures turn out too...

No way! My wedding is on June 17th! Congrats and good luck Sparkle. We got about the same amount done too lol We're having the ceremony and reception in my FMIL's backyard. She's already planning how it'll look and she's ever taking out her baby tree since it'd be in the way. I got my dress and the cake topper already and my MOH is having her bf (also a GM) ask a friend to be our DJ. The only thing he'll probably charge us is gas money because it takes 2 truck loads to move all his equipment.
We're doing engagement photos only because they're going to be our invitations. We're putting those clear sheets you write on over the pic and tieing them together with a ribbon. It'll turn out great because 'nobody' has a pic of us together and most of my family hasn't seen me since I was in diapers. The pics of the wedding party will be done the day before the wedding at this lovely park that has a gazebo, bridge, lake and a garden.

LOL, does any guy like getting his picture taken? Tom hates it! He's only recently started smiling for the camera. Of course, I'm not a huge fan of it, either.
Solar, we were thinking of getting engagement pics for the same reason. I found a photographer with really good prices for the photo session and invitations with several options.

Moreno hates it too! He does this weird tortoise pose where the minuite a camera is pointed at him he tries to draw his head right back into his shoulders... all it does is give him double chins! I don't know how he'll be on the day, hopefully Ken will put him at ease. They've met so it's not a complete stranger taking his pic.
This is a bit embarasing to admit but... am I the only one who's been thinking about what sort of poses I'd like to be in? What angles work best? How my figure looks from different angles? Maybe I'm the only vain one out there! I just don't want to spend such a lot of money for something i might screw up by standing funny!

Kenny hates pictures! I have no clue what is going to happen when we get married. We have went over the list of pictures I want and he keeps wanting to mark out some of them. He said he will refuses to have his picture with him and my 2 BM's. Long story he hates them they are always trying to come up with things to get us fighting. He don't mind if it's every one but him and the two girls he will say no too...

Solar, good luck to you too! Your invitations do sound really neat, you'll definitely have to post pictures when you get them done.
Oh, and I do have my BM dresses picked out now. 1 thing off the list, lol.

Hehe, yeah, we tortured our poor Jack on New Year's. We tried to get one on Liberty too, but she was not having any of that. He's my baby! Er, well, my other one.
