Hmmm.....what about some 'coppery' colors? Golds, oranges, reds.....something like that? Or are you looking for out of the norm type colors?

Really, you can do anything you want. You could of course use a fall palette...any or all of deep reds, oranges, yellow/gold, dark green, brown. Brown and pink and brown and sage seem to be popular and would be nice. But again, it's all about what you like and want. What colors are you considering?
Have you considered choosing some flowers you really like and taking inspiration from those?

I'm getting married October 6th, and I'm planning on using greens, oranges, and reds. I've decided to go with the fall colors.

Hi Lucky! Welcome to Pash!
It really depends if you want a fall "theme" for your wedding. Do you want to go with the fall colors or do you want something different? I think fall colors are beatiful and there are several ladies on here using them. But if you want to stray from the norm, go for it!!!
You can post an intro in the bridal journal section and give us some details about yourself and how you met your fiance if you would like to!

i agree with the other ladies. i think the chocolate browns, cocoa, orange, rust, red, with some splashes for dark green is beautiful together.

Welcome to Pash!
I think the other ladies have great color advice, and I think a dark color (chocolate brown or black) accented by other colors (coppery red, green, etc.) would look great.
Let us know what you decide!

I'm a little slow, but we're going with wine and ivory as our colors with shades of dark red and dark pink as accents.

Well you can either go with the fall theme and the orangy colors or you can go with a Halloween theme and go with black and orange. I went to a Halloween themed wedding and it was actually very nice. They had mini pumpkin centerpieces surrounding a candelabra. And the bridesmaids wore pretty black gowns and lots of Halloweeny decor.
