Hi Kmonte,
"I'll Be," is classified as a Hesitation Waltz (A modified form of slow rhythm ballad taken fron a Viennese Waltz tempo that I cover completely in my Complete Guide to Slow Dancing booklet & video making it perfectly palatable for a elegantly beautiful first dance.
"Cruisin," was a smash hit written and originally performed by Smokey Robinson is covered well in this new version from the soundtrack - Duets. It is 22 bars per minute making it perfect for a slow dance. Any composition less than 26 BPM works well for this dance form.
A good compromise would be to have I'll Be as an opener and Cruisin as an exit dance - you get it Cruisin off to your honeymoon!
Hope this helps
