Tiara/Veil...
I can't wear a tiara/veil due to the fact my scalp is over-sensitive; if I wear ANYTHING in my hair, my scalp starts feeling like I've got ants crawling around under the skin. In other words, it gets REAL itchy. Even if my hair's arranged wrong it will start to itch!
So here's what I'm thinking. I'd love some freeze-dried rosebuds arranged in a simple circlet, with a veil attached to the back. I'd like it loose enough it doesn't itch, but not so loose I look silly.
Ideas where I can find this?
On second thought, this should probably be in the DIY thread...

I was at a bridal show a few weeks ago, and the florist there was showing "flower halos" for flower girls. I think she said it was about $40 to get a "live" flower one made (this one had roses) - more if it's larger, less if you only use Baby's Breath and/or greenery.
Or you could buy dried flowers and make your own... but I've tried that before and they are a PITA! But you may be more crafty than me

what about once your hair is in an updo, attach the veil to the underneath of the updone (is that a word) part.
that way, the comb wouldn't be touching your scalp, just your hair.
i get this way to, especially when i use certain products in my hair.

I'll be keeping my hair down partly because without a tight clip, my hair will just fall apart. It's thin, but looks thick; plus I'd like to cover my ears, lol!

If you want the halo/veil combo, I'd be more than willing to make it for you.

Renee, I'd love that! Thank you!
Anna, can't wear a clip either cuz it'll itch! ANYTHING I put in my hair to hold it back will itch.
I don't want people thinking I've got fleas....
