Default Weight Watchers Points

I need to lose about 40 pounds. Has anyone ever tried WW points diet?

I haven't... but if you have the money (or know someone with the materials)... LA Weight Loss works great. My sister dropped from a size 16 to a size 4 in about a year using LA Weight loss. The diet's real easy to follow, too. It's all about portion control.

I have not done the points myself but my mom loves WW. She gave me all her points books when I got engaged. I to am trying to lose 40 pds. I don't understand it, call me dumb but it doesn't work for me, counting cals and that works way better for me. Check out www.selfdietclub.com their site is great and it really helps to actually SEE the numbers, calories, and weight graph.
