Default Why am I so lost?

So I've done this once before very recently yet for some reason I'm completely lost as to where to start. I did call up the hotel and book a new date, sorta, we're debating over the Friday/Saturday thing. So it will be August 24th or 25th. I know I don't want it to be the same I'm scrapping the dress and everything all my plans just don't seem to work since I planned it as a Christmas wedding before and well August certainly isn't. I think I want something more casual but don't know what to put the men in. My head is spinning because August seems so soon but it's one of three dates she has open before October(when my deposit HAS to be used by) and the other two are closer. Was I freaking out like this the first time and I just forgot?

I don't remember much of your first planning sessions, but I planned mine in four months.....I started here at Pash April of last year and we got married in August. If I can do it, so can you! Good luck!

You can do it! I would just look online at other people's weddings and see what you like about them and steal ideas!!!

You'll be fine once you have your date set... that unknown can be a big stressor! You already have the location (which I assume does the catering?), and the budget (I assume) so everything else should fall into place pretty easily.

Are you keeping the same guest list? What do you mean by "more casual"? Do you mean more intimate or just not as fancy food & decor?

As for what the guys can wear:
My guys are going to wear black pants with colored long-sleeve shirts that coordinate with the bridesmaids, and a black tie. You could also have them wear black suits if they each own one, or they can get linen suits (kinda beachy) for about as much as you'd pay to rent a tux. Or do a shirt & vest if you want something in-between a suit & just a shirt.

More intimate and clothing wise we're going with something casual no tux or extremely fancy dress... Thanks for the ideas Julz. Oh and we set a date today August 24th.

Edited because I can't spell.

Have you picked out your dress yet? Do you have an idea what you want?

I have been searching the internet day and night for dresses. I have TONS in my favs. Most are alot more casual and are not very expensive. They aren't on the usual "wedding dress" links, yet they all are beautiful.
Drop me a line if you need any help.

Congrats on picking the date. One MAJOR checkmark for you.
