Default Bachelorette Party!

So, my best friend (who, to no surprise, is my MOH) just called me to ask how i felt about having my bachelorette party "out of town for a weekend". She then asked how i felt about taking a dinner boat (which apparently, where we are going means that the dinner takes us to the restaurant which is on an island... and the boat is on Lake Huron). She then asked if i thought 100/pp for the weekend was expensive. This price would be for the hotel and boat ride/meal combination.

She wouldn't tell me anymore because it's supposed to be a surprise.

So, first... i'm psyched!

Secondly, what do you all think about that price? Would you be willing to pay it if you were invited to a bachelorette party?

If I was okay financially, sure I wouldnt mind paying $100 for a room and dinner/boat, otherwise i'd skip out alltogether

If you think all your girls can afford it and are okay with the idea, then okay, if not, then maybe do something less expensive.

I just attended a bachelorette party last friday. My friends MOH hosted a passion party and had a lady come out and show us all kinds of stuff. It was nice and everyone was entertained.

I wouldn't be able to afford it and therefore would be unable to attend, but if you think your girls could do it then go for it! Sounds like fun.

I think $100 pp for entire weekend is a great deal, especially since this includes the boat (so you're sleeping for two nights), food and drink? Around here, you can't get a decent hotel for less than $150 a night.

I think for everything it sounds reasonable, but can all your gal pals afford it? If they can, it will be so much fun!

As long as people had plenty of advanced notice so they could make sure to put some cash back for it. It sounds great!!

I agree with that! I would have to save to go and then make sure to save enough for the cash bar. It sounds like it would be a blast!!!

Even with a cash bar it's a good deal. I would say go for it if everyone else is on board.
