Wedding color!
Ok I have a bride that is wanting to go with eggplant for a wedding color. She is not sure what color she wants to add to it. Here is her dress she got it in Antique (more of a gold if you don't know).

So now for my question?
Should she just go with the antique(GOLD) and eggplant
or
Leave the antique out of every thing else and go with a different color that matches eggplant.
If you think a different color with eggplant what color would you choose?

The link to the gown didn't work, sorry.
I would go with a colour that's not the antique and that matches eggplant. I've never liked when the gown matches the decor, so I wouldn't use the gold anywhere other than in the gown. Makes her stand out more.

BEAUTIFUL dress.
It's hard to say with the eggplant. It's such a dark, serious, intense color. what about a sage green? Don't mind me if that is an atrocious pair... this is coming from the girl who always has on something black because then the other color can't clash!

What about a lavender or dusty lilac accent?

Ooh that is a gorgeous dress!
How about a medium blue to go with the eggplant? I would love to use eggplant, but I think that might be vetoed by the menfolk.

That is the color of my bedroom and I have some ivory accents to match I think it is beautiful and some sage green here and there might also not be so bad! I have always loved sage green and deep purple together!
