In a few weeks, I'll post some discussion questions about the themes in 'It's My Wedding Too,' a comedic novel about a battling mother of the bride and mother of the groom, and the bride trying to keep them from killing each other.

I'm so glad you're enjoying It's My Wedding Too! I had a ton of fun writing that one, and here's a little inside scoop on it -- I originally wrote it hoping that Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson would eventually play those roles in the film version. By the time it gets made, Dakota Fanning will probably be old enough to play Emilie!

This book is HYSTERICAL. I read it on the way home from our trip, and FH got irritated because I was giggling the whole way home...and he couldn't share.

I am going to have to use that "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAALLLLL!" thing w/ my stepmom

I recieved my copy in the mail Tuesday afternoon and finished it this afternoon!
I could hardly put it down and I even teared up in some parts.

I was reading the reviews at Amazon and think it would be a great read this summer when being almost due is making me want to rest all the time.

I recieved mine on Sat. FH got the mail though. I just found out it was sitting in his office. The GOOF.
I have a long road trip tomorrow(great reading time). I can't wait to get started on it.
