Awesome wedding party - The PASH Wedding Forums and Message Boards

Ok, wasn't sure where to put this so i'll put it here. I'm just so excited, and proud and you name it, i'm it at my wedding party right now. They are so awesome!!!

It consists of my sister (moh) aunt of FH, cousin of mine, and FH's little sister. My sister is my best friend and is being amaizng about everything. She listens to me rant about FMIL, which is too long of story in itself, but she's listens, gives advice (her's isn't the best either) and just laughs about it with me when it's stupid or funny, and is concerned about it when it's serious. Shes the best. Then this weekend we went to FH's aunt's (my other bridesmaid) house. She's about the same age as my sister, and FH is the godparent of one of her daughters. FH, this aunt and her husband are all really close. So while visiting they make an offer to...HELP OUT WITH THE WEDDING!!!

I couldn't believe it. Not only do they live 1.5 hours away, so she'll be traveling home quite a bit, she is buying a bridesmaid dress, and buying a flowergirl dress, and they are now offering to let us pick 2 things for them to buy. I honestly cannot believe it. NOt because they aren't giving people, they really are...but lordy was that unexpected!! Then my cousin just cracks me up because I think she's more excited to be in my wedding than I am to be in my own!!

She's killing me it's too funny. I send her an email with updates or questions and she doesn't hesitate to email me back almost instantly. I know a lot of people have problems with their bridal party sometimes, but I've got to say, i've got one of the best ever!!! I don't normally brag...but I need to because they are freaking awesome!!!

that is soooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome! Not to hijack but FH aunt just told us she was giving us MONEY for our honeymoon...so I am super excited about that!

That's fantastic! It's wonderful to have amazing people surrounding you during this time. It's as much a reflection on you as it is them.

YAY! It's so great to have people there with you while you're planning-not just around, but ready to help out! It not only takes the stress off you, but it's more fun to share the experience-so glad to hear it!!

I'm so happy you have a supportive and interested wedding party!! Isn't it great to be surrounded by people who constantly want to know things about the wedding, and you know aren't thinking "will she shut up already??"

This is exactly how I feel everytime I bring it up to someone!!! I always feel like all I talk about is my wedding (i've been reassured that I don't) but as much as I'm so excited for it, and as much as I love to talk about it, it can't be the topic of conversation all the time, I don't want it to be topic of conversation all the time, so I try to steer away from it most of the time. If something important hasn't happened, then I don't usually bring it up. Especially because I have so long to plan. Thanks for the responses ladies!!

I know what you mean! I wonder what I talked about before I got engaged, and what I'll talk about after!!
