Thumbs down Lip Peel

I thought i would try something different. How crazy could I be. I tried Beauti Control Lip peel. U put this white stuff on your lips and after it dries u peel it off and put the lip balm on. Since I did that my lips are a mess. It's like the lip peel took all my skin off and now there is nothing there to protect my lips. I'll stick with my vit. E and my fav chap stick...

Whoa! That sounds horrible!!! I don't think I have ever heard of a lip peel. I hope they don't hurt!

ew that sounds painful. And I hope your top layer forms back on there soon. You can always use a wet toothbrush to slough off the dead skin cells yourself, in the future.

OMG that sounds horrid! I could never do anything like to my lips, they would swell up like balloons. They're crazy sensitive.

Anyone see the latest pictures of Jessica Simpson? Seems there are professionals who think she had her lips plumped up. They look worse than Melanie Griffith's! These big inflated slobbery pink things...

I remember someone posting over a year ago, it got into quite a discussion on the best type of lip conditioner. Some of them (Chapstick is a biggie) are addictive because of something they do to the lips.

Well if any one has heard or uses beauti control. Beware of the lip peel. My vit E has helped a little but my lips are so chapped now. GRRRRRR...

Default Lip Apeel

Hi there ladies. I'm a BeautiControl consultant and very few people have this reaction, but some people's skin is very sensitive. It's a great product that I've demo'd on hundreds of lips without any problem.

Sorry you had that reaction though. That must have been tough! BC's lip balm would be great for you on its own though...

OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!

Mary Kay has a nice lip treatment thing. You scrub with some stuff in a tube and then put your lip balm on. I forgot what it is called. It is kind of like the Satin Hands for lips.

ugh that's horrible. I hope your lips heal soon! Slather on that lip balm, and no kissing

And Jessica Simpson looks like a fish. And not a pretty angel fish. A grouper.
