Do you have to wear make up
Does it really matter if you wear make-up on your wedding day. I have pretty good skin and I am always touching my face I am afraid I will get makeup on my dress or just make it look funny by touching it. I never wear makeup on a daily basis should I still wear it on my wedding day?

I certainly don't think you HAVE to wear any makeup on your wedding day. If your skin is great as it is there's no need for foundation or coverup. It's totally up to you!

Hello!
Since this is bound to be one of the biggest days of your life, I would recommend wearing, even if it is a small amount, some makeup. Many brides want to look like themselves, just a little more elegant. I have worked on professional models, and no matter how perfect their skin is, we still apply makeup on them to enhance their natural beauty.
You could hire a professional to apply the lightest amount of foundation, eyeshadow, blush and lipstick, and then to ensure it will be sweatproof, waterproof, and rub-proof they should apply a makeup sealer to the face, then additional sealer to the mascara and eyeliner. You would be amazed at what a touch of makeup can do to add to your natural radiance.
At the end of the day, the decision is ultimately up to you, but consider that your wedding pictures can only be taken once, and 10 years from now you will want to look at them with fond memories and know that you looked your best for your big day.
Congratulations and best of luck on your upcoming wedding!

I also didn't wear make up on a daily basis at the time. However, I was like you and touched my face a lot.
For mine, I did have a friend who always was made up nice do mine. I had on a very light layer of foundation (and I have good skin, but WOW did it even everything out), eyeshadow, mascara, blush and lip gloss. In my pictures, I do not look heavily made up, but just made up enough to be spiffy. I still look like my normal self, which was important to me. (Hence no eyeliner...I never wear it, and had I that day it'd have looked weird.)
So I would go with at least some mascara and lipstick or gloss if nothing else. Don't over do it, and just stay natural with your make up. (Which any make up artist will tell you make up should enhance what you have, not hide it!) As for the hands, I was so busy hugging and dancing and eating that they never had time to touch my face, lol.
Here's a few pics so you can see...

I, too, don't wear face makeup on a daily basis; just mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. I was reluctant to wear powder and foundation on the day of as well, but once my makeup artist/hairstylist and I did our trial run, I realized how much it evened my skin out and matched the rest of my makeup.
So no, you don't HAVE to....but even as another non-makeup wearer, I would recommend it.

I should get a make-up trial and try not to touch it and see what it looks like I guess.

I think if you dont want to wear makeup then I would put on a little mascara so your eyes will stand out in your pics and a little lip gloss. But I would try it out!

I wear make-up and I am a face toucher. Does not rub my make-up off though. I guess I could never rub my eyes really hard or it may smear my eyeliner. I think make-up looks great on, to enhance your natural beauty. Especially for a special occasion. You could try the mineral make-ups they even your skin tone out, fight shinnyness and don't make you feel like you have make-up on.

I think for the wedding, you should have some on, especially if youre going to have a professional photographer. I had a full face of makeup on and it still didnt look too made up in the pictures.
