I got a whole slew of them when I registered at JCPenney. They give you a book and it has just about everything you could possilbly need...or, you could create a excel spreadsheet.

I've started an excel, that way I can customize it my way. But, I am using a wedding budget book I was given to make sure all my bases are covered. For example, I hadn't thought of vendor tips.

I like "The Bride's Book of Lists: Things to Do and Questions to Ask." It has sections to write down all the costs of different vendors.

I haven't looked to know exactly about budget sheets but I know this site has helpful things to download. They have a free wedding planner and such. They might have helpful budget info as well. It's worth a look.

I haven't been on The Knot in ages, but IIRC, they have a great budget manager page.

I use an Excel spreadsheet. Just go to help/search and type in Wedding budget, it pops right up on the right hand side, it works great for me and I can customize it to fit my specific needs

theknot.com has a budget manager - I found that very helpful.

I'm sorry I bumped it, but I dont see what the big deal is? The initial question might be old, but the information is still valid to anyone who is interested.....

It is, absolutley. However the original poster (OP) posted almost a year ago asking her question, and obviously she's found her answer in that time. We get a lot of 'new' people who answer questions when the OP has already been married for months or years, so for the older folks, it can be a bit frustrating. The *main* aggravation however, are spammers who ressurrect old threads just to spam our forums. With newer people like you, it's forgiveable, lol.

It's just a good idea to take a look at the original date before responding to an OP. The exceptions are sticky threads or ongoing polls.

Kaile, I'm sorry, I truly didn't mean to come across as yelling at you specifically. The boards had an influx of new members, and no matter how often we bump the "check the date of a thread" post, we've had a TON of old posts popping back up recently. I shouldn't even have said "new folks," since we "old folks" just as often reply to bumped threads without noticing that the original poster is long gone and married. The information is often still useful, but someone can use the search feature to check for older info or ask again when it's needed, too.

It's just been happening a lot lately, so my fuse was a little short.

IIRC=If I recall correctly

There are several answers above in this thread about where to get budget sheets. Many of us created our own to do lists and budget sheets using Excel.
