Default Just Thinking...

if the girls are in light blue and the men are in navy blue, that would look ok wouldn't it? Sigh, I can't make up my mind what dress I want the girls to wear, but I'm thinking if it's a chiffon dress it would look pretty in a lighter color...would look good in navy too I'm sure. I dunno. Just thinking out loud...or typing out loud rather.

I think it would look fine either way, but the lighter blue would stand out more in the pictures I think - if the guys are wearing ALL navy blue. My girls wore black, the guys wore black tuxes with our family tartan cumberbun. (Majority red, splashes of green, yellow and white.) The girls also carried white rose bouquets so there was a break up of color there.

The guys will have on black, with navy vests probably. And as of now, FH, his step-dad, and my dad are the only ones we have to get tuxes. FH hasn't made up his mind whether or not he is going to have anyone else stand up there with him. The girls will be walking solo down the aisle regardless so other than pictures they won't really be together much. And I know the males are not going to keep their tuxes on during the reception. Lol.

I think either could look very nice! Have you narrowed down the choice of dresses? If so can we see? Maybe if they work the lighted blue they could have their flowers tied with the navy...

I think it would look good either way. Don't go to light on the chiffon though because the dresses will be see-through.

Like everyone else said, either would work. Yet I am partial to light blue just bc I like it better.
