Thank you so much for the link!!! For our honeymoon we are going to St Maartin so this came in very very handy. I contacted the people at the site via email and they answered a lot of questions about jewelry, and put me in contact with Shivas Jewelers. I am now in process of selecting a wedding ring set for both myself and my fiance. I wanted something really unique, incorporating fancy colored diamonds and these folks knew all about it.
We are going to be staying at Club O (Orient Beach) for two weeks in 2003. It seems like the ultimate romantic destination for us, tropical beaches, privacy, great French Food and French wine and Sailing.. Can't Wait!!

i prefer the virgin islands, especially st. john. we found a romantic little cozy guest house, with a fabulous porch to view the sunsets, with their complimentary chilled champagne. i especially enjoyed the queen size canopy bed...hmmm. they now have a web site,

I am looking into honeymoon destinations, Aruba is a strong contender so far, however St Martin seems to be really popular, kind of like going to Europe without all of the hastle, and its SOOOOOO Romantic! Where have others honeymooned???

The caribbean sounds nice, which is why my fiance and I decided to go on a Caribbean Cruise for our honeymoon. We will be going in July 2003.
Can anyone give me any advice who's been there? What cruise line to go with? What we must see? Where to go? Thanks!

www.carigem.org for info on traveling in the Caribbean. You may wish to check out Holland America cruises, they are one of the better lines. You can never go wrong with a cruise! St Maartin is nice. My last cruise I went to Mexico and Belize, it was a lot of fun.

i have been to st. martin and it is quaint, but i prefer st. john, mostly for its lovely beaches, trunk bay for example. the food is so delicious, lobster, steak, etc. try where we stayed...

We were vacationing in St Thomas when my BF proposed. It was soooo romantic. We had our engagement rings designed at Pierres in St Thomas, which just completed the whole experience. Everytime I wake up and see my beautiful ring I am reminded of that trip. Our wedding will be in February and we will be going to Aruba for the Honeymoon. We will be staying at the Renassance Sonesta resort which is right in the middle of everything. We'll be there for 1 week, Curacao for 3 days and then over to Bonnaire for another 4 days. Were into Scuba so hope to get in a lot of diving time.... Reading over the Carigem site was a lot of fun, and really got me dreaming of my up-coming honeymoon. Thanks.....
