Pregnancies?
Does anyone plan on getting pregnant anytime soon or is anyone expecting?
John and I plan on getting pregnant sometime between June and November! I am VERY excited!! SO excited I have all ready chosen names lol
For a Girl - Ella Emilie (or Amelie (pronounced Omily))
For a Boy - Ethan Everett
I really like names that start with E's for some reason lol I think they just sound good together... lemme know what you think!!!
Also I would love to hear some names that you all have chosen for your future children!!

If you go into the user cp, you can see the group memberships. There were two that involve having kids, Parenting and Starting a Family. There are at least four women that are pregnant right now that I can think of off the top of my head.

Expecting in August.
Welcome BTW.
Um, my DH and I were TTC for a long time, hope you do in your "window". I guess I always have to smile when people say I will get pregnant in such and such a month.

Oh, I forgot to answer the question about names. Doy.
Anyway, I don't plan on having kids for a long time (or maybe never, I haven't decided yet.) But if I do, I will name our first daughter Caoimhe Margaret Shannon. I have no idea about boys yet.

DH and I have been talking this over a lot lately and have decided to start TTC next January. But, we do know the names already. If it's a girl, it is practically written in blood somewhere that her name is Caroline (like me, my mother, grandmother...I think I'm the fifth. Or eighth.) I was named after my two grandmothers, so the daughter would be Caroline Elizabeth for her two grandmothers. Boy would be David Paul--we both have several Davids running around our families (DH's brother, my brother, Dad's middle name...plus 4 friends named Dave, 3 of whom were in the wedding party). Paul because the name Paul alternates between first and middle names each generation in DH's family.
Long explanation for names that were actually easy to come up with!

This reminds me (I don't really know why) of two daughters of two couples I know. I've called one little girl Buggaboo, which got shortened to Bug, ever since I've known her (she's 7 or so now; I think I met her around 2). So I've started calling other small children of my acquaintance Bug. Well, I said that to another friend's 4 year old, and she replied, "I'm not a bug, I'm a RAT!). Her mom started laughing hysterically and explained that they'd recently all learned their Chinese zodiac signs, and apparently she was fascinated by it!

We're choosing to remain child-free.
Again. I think. For now. We'll see.

DD's names she picked out are David Alexander and Erin Riley. DD's DH is David Austin and he goes by Austin, so baby will be "Zander" for Alexander. I'm having boy feelings, but we'll see. Ultrasound is Friday! DD is 5 months pregnant right now.

We've been married for almost 6 months and we aren't going to TTC for at least 2-3 more years. We have a couple names picked out though, which inevitably could change by the time we are pregnant.
For a girl:
Kaia Elizabeth
Arianna Ruth
For a boy:
Lucas David
The boy names are the hardest for us....we have a much harder time agreeing on what we like. Everytime I say "what about the name XXXXXX," DH looks at me like "are you crazy? I'm not going to have a son named XXXXXX" It is pretty funny.

I know there's a few on her who are expecting, and one girl just has her baby within the past few days.
We're not looking to have kids anytime soon. However, we have discissed names. Hopwfully, our first kid us a girl because we didn't really agree on any boys' names. Personally, I like Cameron, Ken and Keith for a boy. For a girl, we both like Roxanne. He also likes Zoe, and I don't, but I'd consider Chloe. I also like Valerie, Veronica, Kendra, Holly, Heidi and Caitlin. Also, I was going through a phase a couple of years ago where I was reading books set in Ireland, and those women had beautiful names! There was a Breanna, Kayla and Shannon - I'd be happy with thise.

We are in our 40's, we have 4 kids between us, it is a second marriage for both of us, and DH has been fixed. With that said, we have been trying and trying to conceive but we don't understand why I am not pregnant yet
No more children for us

I had my kids before I got married (yes, I'm a sinner, lol). Their names are:
Dylan Lucas
Remington Benjamin
Scarlett Marjorie
With each of my kids' names, the first names are not for anyone (tried to pick something that no one else in our family had; I didn't want my 50-year-old son being called "little so-and-so"), but the middle names are for someone in the family. My oldest son's middle name is the name of one of my cousins, my middle son's middle name is for my husband, and my daughter's middle name is for my grandma.

That is my godfather's name. I've never met anyone else (or even heard of anyone else considering) that exact combination of names.

No children anytime soon here either. We have a 10 month old together and he has a 10 year old from a previous marriage. I'd like 1 more in a few years, but DH isn't sure.
Their names are Natalie Paige and Jerry Lee III
(Feb... I didn't know your DD's middle name is Marjorie! That's my "real" first name! Though I spell it Margery)

I knew that your "real" name was Margery. I thought I'd mentioned Scarlett's middle name before this thread. I was actually going to name my daughter "Marjorie Scarlett" at first because my grandma passed away when I was a kid, so no one would call her "little Marjorie." However, I decided against it because every time I hear the name "Margie" (which is what they called my grandma), I think of "large Marge" from Pee Wee's Big Adventure. I couldn't bear the thought of my daughter being called "large Marge" throughout her life.

I already have two....
Kelsey Ann and Erika Lynn and Justin has one, Jordan Robert and we have one on the way due 7/16. If it's a girl we settled with Lindsey Grace and if it's a boy we're thinking Jayden Robert but not positive on that one.
