Default booked anything so far?

We are getting married on December 2008. So far we haven't booked anything yet except our videographer who is so good we have to book him 2 years before the wedding. But we got somebody to make my dress and my BMs. We have also attended some bridal expo, shop around and comparing prices for venues, flowers, invites, etc.

I would look at booking your venue! and I know here in Canada you need to book your wedding cake roughly a year in advance as well!

Let us know how it goes!

I am getting married in June 2008, and so far I have only booked by venue (and I don't actually have the contract yet). There were a few places here that were already booked into 2008, so if you have your heart set on somewhere, you may want to go ahead and book it.

I am also trying to book my officiant (my aunt) b/c her schedule fills up fast. Other than that, I am waiting until May or June to really start working on it.

You guys are so lucky to have all this time!

I just got engaged on Thanksgiving, we decided our date (07/07/07) in December, and NOW I'm booking all my stuff. So Far I have:

Ceremony Location (+ Officiant,Organist, & Ceremony Coordinator provided by church)
Caterer (Who also works with a specific baker for my cake, I just have to meet with her, and they have contacts for equipment/decor rentals)
Photographer
Possibly Reception Venue, I have to go see it on Saturday
BM dresses picked

Wow I need to get moving!

Thank you. That is so kind of you. But we are getting married in Asia first for just $5,000.
