saw this on a wedding story
i watched a wedding story this morning and this was so beautiful to me.... the couple had two weddings, the first being a very intimate celebration of family/friends. when it came time to exchange rings, the couple had a long tulle ribbon that everyone present slid the ring that person closer to the couple (does that make sense--it was symbolic of all them supporting this couple's marriage). in other words, the end person put the ring on the tulle and passed it to the person next to him, etc til everyone had done it. i think if you were particularly close to your bridal party that you could do it such that just they were involved (ideal for a larger wedding). anyway, i thought this was beautiful and wanted to share for any of you to possibly "steal"!

That's a really great idea. It would be beautiful for those will smaller weddings (ahem, Jayme  ). Although it would be just as pretty for larger weddings too.
