Default FH wants a silver celtic knot wedding band

Ian and I have been looking into a wedding ring for him, since it's getting to be that time.

He really wants a celtic knot design in the band. I have a few ideas and sights for this but he's kinda picky. Does anyone know of a sight with with celtic wedding band? I'll have him look at as many as possible then he can let me know what he likes best.

Also he wants a sterling silver band, not white gold, not platinum, not titanium, only sterling silver. He says there is no reason to pay more for the other metals when they look the same anyway. At times I think there is no point in arguing this one with him, it's his ring after all.

What do you guys think of this?

Celtic stuff is really popular and I've seen literally dozens of rings--even for men--with Celtic knot designs. Will try to pull together some links when I'm not at work, but Googling it is a great idea--try Froogle. I personally love them, so I think it's a great idea. I also think if he really wants silver, why not? Why argue with spending less money? Unless you think he's trying to be a "martyr" or something and he really does want something else but doesn' want to say so--which doesn't sound like the case. You know him best; if it's really what he wants, give him a silver one!

I wear silver a lot too. I prefer it too white gold because it doesn't have the up-keep, plus it means you can spend the money elsewhere!

I'd recommend this site because Ortak are authentic Celtic designers & it's acually be shipped out from Scotland for him!
