pictures finally
Okay, some of you asked for pictures...hopefully this works! It's on Kodakgallery, and I think I've set it so that you don't have to sign in to view them.

Time has definitely flown. Awesome photos and I like how that Kodak thing works too.

Your pictures are awsome!!! I agree with Heather, that kodak site is really good. I love how the photo's sort of flow together. And I love the goofy pics of your guests, they look like they're having a really fun time. MMMMM and your cake looks so yummy!

Thanks!
I used the Kodak site originally because my BIL works for Kodak, and always uses that site to share pictures, so I sort of felt I had to! But I like it also. Although I use Shutterfly for albums that I've made as gifts.
And, no, it's hard to believe it's almost a year!

The pictures are great!! It kinda freaked me out how well the pictures flowed together. I felt like the people were moving sometimes!!
The cake looked amazing and I agree with how silly your guests were. Definitely looked like a great time. They really are awesome pictures. I think my favorite has to be the goofy groom to the pensive groom. I've totally seen that groom face before.
I must admit that I am quite envious of you being able to have so many family traditions involved with your wedding. As far as I know, I don't have any -- at least none my mother has told me about! Maybe she has something from her wedding I can use and we can start a tradition. Heck, she even threw out her wedding dress awhile back.

Those are beautiful! I do love the kodak thingy. I think my favorite though is the one of you walking down the stairs looking back. It's perfect!

Yeah, I don't think I've ever posted a picture of myself, even on the old site. I don't have a digital camera ( ) and neither did my folks until recently, so I didn't have an easy way to get them online. Hubby's getting me a digital camera for Christmas!
Anyway, thanks guys. It really was a blast. Oddly, we didn't expect to have as much fun as we did, because we don't usually like weddings that much. I guess we sort of forgot that we'd know just about everyone at our own wedding! And everyone seemed to have a good time, which was really important to us.

My first 2 thoughts were:
1. Holy Cow! She has the tiniest waist I have ever seen!!
2. She married director John Landis!
Those are beautiful pix! There is a depth to them and richness that is really impressive. I LOVE the ones of everyone being goofy! That was sooo great!!
You looked stunning as did DH and your bridal party.
So did you keep some cake to have in a few weeks??

That's just because my hips are so dang wide that my waist is small in comparison!! I haven't been in single digit sizes since early highschool. Anyway, I've gained a size since the wedding. Actually, I wasn't completely happy with how the dress was fitted, because she sewed it up as close to my waist as she could--which meant the fabric never lay completely smooth, since my hips stick out so much. Oh well! It didn't bother me on the day.

I totally had to do an image search on him, I'd never seen a pic (that I remembered) but you're kind of right that DH looks like him!!
We didn't save any cake. Well, we took home some leftovers and ate it for a few days after. But we didn't save any for a month or a year--but we're getting little cake in the same flavors from the same baker to celebrate our one year in a couple weeks.

I just wanted to add that those are beautiful pics as well. I LOVE the one of you with the painting behind you.
And you've inspired me to get off my butt and get my pics loaded (you've converted me to Kodak, lol) so everyone can see.
