Joe and I love good food, and were very unhappy with the caterer's selection in the area. We want our reception to reflect us and our personalities. We finally found a caterer that is a chef and his wife. He has trained all over the world. We love Asian and Thai food, and he has some great ideas about how to save money on rentals by using things like half coconuts to serve the rice dishes in and cigar boxes with banana leaves for our fish. He can get those things very cheap (and has hundreds of cigar boxes). We have decided to have a sit down instead of buffet (it is actually cheaper). He is going to create glass platter holders to set the food down on... we want his great food to be the focal point. We may put some votive candles and petals on the table along with intricately folded napkins, and maybe some greenery to spice things up a little. His web address is:
