Default Cannot decide!

On my wedding colors!! Now I'm not thinking I want latte dresses anymore. BECAUSE I got my dress and it is very vintage or victorian looking to me and I am thinking like a purple would look really good. This is victorian lilac

I like it but gosh I DON't KNOW! THen i'd have to figure out table stuff and diff. color of flowers. I think I am driving myself insane...

Why don't you ask your bridesmaids what colors they like/want to wear?
Or is there something special to you and FH that you could use as sort of a "theme" for your color palette - like the first bouquet he got you, or colors that remind you of your first date, a family crest or soemthing.

I was kind of in the same boat - I had always wanted lavendar & green... but one of my MOH's complained that she didn't look good in purple (I'm not saying who )... and then I decided on doing a handfasting and wanting to incorporate the family tartan, which is shades of green & brown. Well, we're not using the tartan any more, but I think I am still going to go with a green and gold color palette to complement the celtic/nature theme to our wedding... but I guess it's still up for debate until the girls buy their dresses!

I think that shade is gorgeous, and would do that plus possibly a sage-y green...JMHO. Everybody seems to be jumping on the "brown bandwagon", and especially for a spring or summer wedding as you're describing, I think the lavender and sage would be beautiful.

That was the color I originally picked for my BMs to wear until we decided to use the ocean/sea as our inspiration. But I love that color....I think it would look great!!

I love the color!! As far as flowers, check out lillies or gladiolas... there are a lot of flowers in that color or with hints of that color in it!!

Are you still having a farm theme? If so, that might determine which color to choose. Think of the flowers you want to use and see how they match up with the purple. I think both the brown/pink combination and the purple sound nice. Which one is generally your most favorite color?

Okay i guess the brown and pink stuff is not doable bc I don't want brown dresses and latte doesn't flatter my maids and I don't want pink dresses. SO I like either victorian lilac OR peri. So i need to decide on the purple side or the blue side. Fiance like the blue side. Grandma likes purple, MOH likes both, mom likes both. I still am having my tin buckets but the flower colors will change. I guess I could have white table cloths and we could make a peri or lilac runner or square thing? Or any other suggestions?
Which so you like better (1st-peri, 2nd-victorian lilac)

I like the purple better because if I remember correctly from those specific colors, the peri has more of a purple tint to it. (Are they alfred angelo colors?)

I like purple as a color but don't like purple-tinted blues, even though I love blue....as confusing as that is, basically I prefer the purple over the blue.

ETA: If you don't want to decide, you could do both. White tableclothes with blue or purple runners (alternating tables) and blue, purple, and white flowers at every table. If your MOH doesn't mind/wants to stand out, she could wear the same dress in one color while the other BMs wear the same dress in the other color.

I like the purple better too, but my faverate color is purple, so I don't know how good my judgement really is here. I do think it is very pretty though.

I wore a similar shade of purple (a little lighter) in a wedding I was a bridesmaid in last year. I thought it was very pretty.

Okay, I think I have decided on Peri. They have a cute knee length peri dress with a white sash at the place I bought my dress at. The peri and white look really good together. Now any suggestions on other decorations i can use with peri?

I had a June wedding with Periwinkle bridesmaid dresses. My bridesmaids carried bouquets full of wild sweetpeas. I also had roses and huge blue hydrangeas. I think a rose color would go nice with the periwinkle and would be beautiful for a spring wedding. Yellow or green would also look nice.
