make sure you check the shipping!! If I remember correctly the shipping price makes the actual cost outrageous!! For tulle and candles I used this
www.cudge.net
for an example, they have a case of votives (72) for $11. I bought all of my tulle there.

I used save-on-crafts for a lot of my decorative stuff for the wedding, and it was a pretty good website. The only drawback was when their items went out of stock....they never got any more in time for my wedding (and I ordered some things 4-6 months in advance) so I was stuck with not enough of some stuff and I had to look elsewhere to match what I already had.
