Default 39 days to look better
I have 39 days until my wedding. I have started a new diet regimen. Ever hear of Advocare? Well I have used it in the past and loved it. My dr even told me to try it if I wanted a healthy way to lose weight.

Anyhow, I started it yesterday. I already feel better. I have more energy and am not craving sweets. That is huge for me since I have a few candy stashes in my desk.

Wish me luck...I'll keep you posted on my progress!

Oh..and did I mention I started working out?

They are pricey but it is worth it!

I personally think working out really helps to boost people's energy levels. I know since we moved here and have a crappy gym that I do not care to use and rarely do that my evergy level has dropped A LOT!!
