Apparently I just can't stop posting today...
Hahaha-
Ok-someone on another message board just directed me to listen to a song called "I Loved Her First" on their myspace profile....WOW! Honestly, I'm sitting here getting all misty at my computer...If any of ya'll have heard it (and here's the link if you haven't )-would you use it as a father/daughter dance, or do you think I'm being way too misty and cheesy?

"I prayed that she'd find you one day, but it's still hard to give her away"
Maybe it got to me more because mine doesn't even know I got engaged, let alone married. But it was lovely. I think it'd be perfect & who cares if it's a bit cheesy

I can't listen to it right now b/c I'm very emotional. I got teary just reading what Heather's friend wrote to her asking her to be the MOH. But, from what the other girls have read, it sounds perfect.

this song has affected my tear ducts something awful. It just makes me wish my daddy could have been there. He and my mom prayed for my FH for years, before I even knew Bob existed.....so it just is hitting me hard.
I think it's a beautiful song, but you might have a lot of people reaching for tissues.

 OMG!! I have no words!
I would love this song but I could hear my dad, "Good God take the girl will you?"
Seriously though, that is an amazing song. I would go for it.

Who cares if it's cheesy. It's a wedding, it's supposed to be overly emotional. LOL
If you identify with the song, go for it!

Oh! I love it but could never use it because my makeup would be toast and I think it would make my daddy bawl! But, it is really very perfect and I think you should definitely go for it.

I couldn't listen to it. This is the message I got when I clicked on the link:

I'll have to try again later!

I'm a jaded little cow so I think it's too emotional and cheesy for me, but definetely go for it if you love it. It does have some good lyrics for a father/daughter dance.

That's the song My Daddy picked for us to dance to. I love it and don't think it's cheesy at all!!! My Dad had some songs he liked, I sent him like 7 or 8 more and that's the one he picked!!! I wanted it to be what he wanted!!!
