Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
I've been seeing some stuff on them in the news lately. . . obviously. I just thought I would share that I think Tom Cruise has all but lost his mind, and there relationship scares me a little bit. I don't really know why I felt the urge to share that, but I did. God bless Katie, I think she will need it!!!

Hahah-I spend way too much time contemplating their insanity. I agree with you 100%. Have you read the gossip rags lately contemplating whether the baby even exists? The thought of faking a pregnancy is a bit much for me, but I do hope that there isn't something wrong with the child-it's going to have a tough enough time as it is. Have you noticed that Katie doesn't even look happy anymore? She's just sort of got this weird vacant look all the time...
I know-I need a hobby.

I guess I need one too, I've been reading way to much on them, even sometimes when I don't mean to they just POP up. I really hope they didn't "fake" a baby, that is beyond publicity stunt. I don't think they did though, Katie looks like she put on a few baby pounds (which is ok, happens to all of us ). Another rumor is Brad and Angelina got more money for the pictures of there baby, so Tom wants more than them to release the pictures of his baby, a little childish I think, but that I wouldn't put past him. He's kinda a control freak and all. Katie’s does look rather vacant in all her pictures now, it could possibly be post partum (if she did have a baby), and Tom won't let her take meds for it. I don't know, he seems nuts (we were comparing him to Michael Jackson at work today - Tom barely one the sanity contest), and Katie just seems sad and no longer there at all. I don't know. Yeah I think I need to find new things to do in my spare time!!!

yes but all of the money that brad and angelina got for their pictures went to her charities for new baby monitoring equipment in namibia and cambodia.

I don't know if that really matters to Tom though, all he see's it as (or so it seems) is their baby is worth more than his baby, so he wants to throw a fit. It doesn't really make sense to me, but I guess it doesn't have to as far as he is concerned.

I did read that about the photos and I think People or US or someone confirmed it. Even tough Brangelina gave the money to charity, apparently ol' Tom thought it was a contest. Sigh.
Maybe I should take up knitting?

i'll teach you how to knit, if you want!! LOL
i used to have a job that someone would bring all the star and in touch magazines and i would read them on my breaks.... but now i've been so out of teh loop (i dont wander the internet or watch tv news!- just my good ole pash site and a baby site or two these days, i'm teh one who needs a new hobby)... but i'd just heard about the lack of pics of suri..... it does seem weird that tom, who was so about pushing katie in the limelight, has hidden the baby (assuming there were one) from the public eye, but the $ theory certainly fits his new personality. isn't it so weird that we all used to love tom cruise so much back in the day and now he's this psycho? i'd say the same of michael jackson, but i was out of it when he was very popular. anwyay... just chiming in!! lol

Avoid being popular or you will go PSYCHO!!!!!
P.S. I am always on the pash sight or parenting sights as well, and now I have added health sights as well (can any of these count as my new hobby?!?!?!)

That's saying Tom HAD a mind in the first place...
I feel bad for Katie. I hope she grows some and leaves him. I wonder now if Tom actually CARES for anyone other than his mirror-kissin' self. He was CUTE about 15 years ago.... but that was 15 years ago! He hasn't aged well. When I say aged well, I mean he hasn't grown up! I'm proud of Nicole for finally calling it quits with him, she's just married Keith Urban and looks sooo much happier and carefree!
and Urban's cuter than Tom too!

Ok, Angelina has already lost her "baby" weight..... I wonder if she were prego........ Personally I can't stand either one of them because of what they did to Jen . Is it true that at one time Angelina swung both ways?
Katie and Tom.... well I heard that Katie is spending most of her time studying Tom's religion. I don't know much, but you can make any religion a cult if you work hard at it, maybe Tom is working hard at it. I'm not saying, I'm just saying, you know what I'm saying?

I don't really like to bash on anyone religios beleifs, but I don't know about scientology. It seems a little co co to me. I would study up on it, but unfortunatly if you are not a member you can't get access to there teachings. Hmmm?
Did you know Scientology was invented by a sci-fi writer on a bet? Thats how it got it's name.
I know, I am full of a lot of useless knowlege. And I am marrying a writer (who is studying different religions as well), so he fills my head with more useless knowledge.

i really think u cant believe everything u read! i really could care less about their personal lives, i trip out, that alot of people get so into reading up on anyone that is famous, come on their people just like us. everyone has problems in their relationship (and im sorry if they dont then their being fake with each other) and the only thing that is different is stupid people that follow them around and just assume whats going on. like im not a big fan of brittney but come on let the girl have a break! im sure if any parent had camera's on them all the time then they would most likely find things to talk about has well. i dont know this is just my opinion on this.

Yeah, I don't exactly follow them either but they *are* in the public eye, and people *do* put them on a pedestral - i.e., they're famous therefore they must be better than the rest of us mere commoners. So for some people, it's a real trip to see them so... HUMAN!
And as for Britney's leet mommy skillz, I can understand the baby getting a bump on his head - it happens. But driving with the baby in her lap? Recently, she took the baby to the beach, didn't put sunscreen on him and he got a sunburn. It was bad enuf it was REAL obvious in the photos. And the skin docs say the earlier you get ur first sunburn the better your chances of melanoma.
Religon: In my book, any religion/teaching that requires a person to be a member FIRST before learning what they're all about is a cult. Just MY opinion.
And besides, Mommy03Bride, ya gotta admit, it's FUN to talk about the Rich and the Famous! Especially when they get full of themselves and go all Diva! And you *do* talk trash about politicans, don't ya?

I have to agree, even though I hate to say anything about other religions, that there's something funky about Scientology, or at least about the way Tom Cruise goes about it.
I kind of love Brad and Angelina in spite of myself...that baby is so beautiful. And I really admire the work that she does. I do feel badly for what he did to Jennifer Aniston, but in the beginning of their marriage they both said that they weren't expecting it to last forever, so you get what you ask for, IMO.

What gets me suspicious about Scientology is that you have to pay to take their courses in order to get to higher levels of enlightenment and the higher you go, the more it costs!!
What I think attracts celebrities to them is that they do protect the celebrities' privacy.

I wasn't "bash"ing a religious belief, just the way she is supposedly simplemindedly held up somewhere studying them, and how Tom seems so controlling that perhaps he is controlling this issue too...... Or it could be they want even more money for photos. Frankly I could care less, but the topic was here and I was bored this morning......

Kim, I don't think she was suggesting that you were, I think Angel was merely wanting to express her own opinion and didn't want people to think she makes a habit of questioning others' religious beliefs.

Yeah, that's how I read Angel's post as well...kinda like saying: "I don't usually do this, but..." type of thing. I don't think she was referring to your post at all, Kim.

Not typically one to "stand up for Tom" since i dont really like the person hes become as of late BUT when him and nicole adopted the kids, the boy was almost a year old before he was allowed to be photographed.... hes always said that when it comes to his children, he prefers them to be kept out of the paparazzi's spotlight so as not to scare them or intimidate them. As they get old, he allows a little more exposure but hes always been private with the kids (just not with everything else apparently).

I know that before he was very secrective about his children but I think people just assumed he'd be more public with this child since he's been so public with every aspect of the relationship so far. Ok so to fuel the rumor mill has anyone thought that maybe something's wrong with the baby and that's why their keeping her under wraps? I mean celebrities aren't immune from having children with birth defects. They may not be bringing her out in public because she's not well enough.
I do agree he's gone a bit off the deep end, and poor Katie if she is postpartum will never be able to get help while she is with him.

There's a rumour going around that the baby has a cleft palate and so Tom doesn't want to show her to the public because she's not "perfect." I think I remember reading that in Scientology birth defects are seen as impure or something like that.
I feel bad for the kid (if she exists, though I don't think she does) if her father is embarassed by her.
