2 Months!
I've been married for 2 months now!
It's kind of funny, because in some ways it feels like we've been living like this forever, yet when I thik of our wedding day it seems so fresh in my mind!
I'm thoroughly loving being married, partly because I've only been working part time so I get to play the little housewife for a while! I take a silly amount of pleasure in making him different sandwiches every day so he has a surprise for lunch! It's the little thing I'm reveling in; like planning out our meals for the week.
He thinks it's daft to celebrate the little anniversaries, but I want to
I haven't bought him a gift, and we're not going out but I did spend the day making him a wee present...
I'm quite pleased with how it came out. I wanted to make him a new photo for his walet because the one he's got in there is about 5 years old! So I've printed out a tiny version for him & wrapped it up all pretty!
I doubt he'll appreciate it much Which is why I'm showing you!

Aw, that was very sweet of you. And I'll bet he'll love it. My husband doesn't even have a picture of me in his wallet, so you're already good there. Hehe.
And I know what you mean about enjoying the "housewife" bit...although I went through that when we first moved in together. Now, it really does seem like the same ol'. We just have rings to show for it, lol.

 He loved it!!!
He's never very enthusiastic, never makes a huge fuss even if he thinks something is great...
But he said it was beautiful & very sexy He said it looks like a photo from one of the rock magazines we get!
I'm chuffed!

I feel the same, it's crazy how quickly you get used to something! It makes me even more glad that we didn't live together before the wedding though: I think it might have been a bit of a let down to go back to our life but not really having had any changes. I love it a ridiculous amount!
Have you any plans for tomorrow LJ? How about you Dannielle? (you out there?)
When are he post-wedding-blues supposed to kick in? The only glips I've had of it is when I drove past a church one day & all the guests were hanging around after a wedding, but then I had PMS that day too!

it's crazy that time just keeps truckin' you know? i mean, you're married 2 months, we've had others married by now, our baby is closer than ever on its way... and yet all of it feels normal like it's been going on for ages!!!
did i ever mention i love teh expression "chuffed"??? my friend from northern ireland says it too (but she went to school in scotland).... it's so funny!
anyway, congrats on 2 months!!

My bloody mother just stopped by my house. I had a framed photo of Mo & I out that she hadn't seen, and she was asking if I had printed it & said it looked OK. So I showed her a print of the one I took for Moreno and asked if she liked it....
She just shook her head. I was quite hurt so I didn't say anything, then she asked "Why would I like that? No I don't like it... No."
Is it too much to ask for some bloody manners? For f***'s sake. All she had to say was yes, it's fine.
