mind blowing RSVP''s for engagement parties???

HEy Everyone, I hope your weekends are going well!!!

I Have question, Maybe more of a concern. David and I's Engagement party is July 22nd. Which really isn't to far from today!

David and I sent out invitations 2 weeks ago and have asked everyone to RSVP by July 7th!

Is it a normal for people to RSVP at the last minute?

I think that David and I made it very convenient for people to RSVP they have a choice between phoning my mother or...Emailing David and I at our personal address!

Please let me know what all of you think! It is VERY appreciated!

Jayme

Most of my RSVP was returned the week it was due. The ones that didn't RSVP and we thought was coming after the dead line we called.

I've never even heard of RSVPing for an engagement party! Every one that I've been invited to hasn't required one But if you gave them a definate date then they should have replied...
