My First DIY: My Save The Dates Cards
I have taken my first forays into DIYBride-dom and have designed my Save-The-Dates cards:
Is this the right format? Are they good enough? Is this what a Save The Date is supposed to look like? Is it elegant? Tacky? Accccccccccccck….
Would love some feedback.

It's good to see you again. I thought we'd lost you.
I think the STD is very elegant and well done.
The only thing I would change is instead of "Save the Date of their Special" I would say "Save the Date for their Special"

I think they look great!! How big are they? Like a 5x7 card?
I was wondering about the wording of the first part. Did you mean it to say "Serenity and Antonio are celebrating THEIR love" ?? I don't know if I like the ....Again.... part. It seems a little informal. I might say something more like "Serenity and Antonio are celebrating their years of love" or "Serenity and Antonio are reaffirming their vows" , then
"Please save the date.....etc."
When I sent out our save the dates, I sent hotel information with them, since we had so many guests coming from out of town, who would be booking travel information before we sent out invitations.
If you have many guests coming from out of town, you may want to include hotel/travel information as well.

They are beautiful Serenity - great job!
I agree with the other girls. I would include a sheet with hotel information, etc. so that guests really can prepare ahead of time if they need to. Or, if you have a web site, you could insert the link on the very bottom of the card in smaller print.
I'm glad to see you again too!!

Great job on your first DIY I would also include the hotel info or a web address if you have one. That way people can really plan ahead.
I like the ...again but would also change it to their love

I think they look lovely, very classic.
There is something bothering me about the wording in both parts though. I'm not totally sure what it is yet but the grammer feels wrong... Give me a min to think about it...
ETA:
*** Firstly, may I say that the card reads perfectly well, I just have a compulsion to correct grammer. Your guests would certainly understand what the card was for, and what they were being invited to. There is no real need to change the card.
But: I think it would read better as:
Serenity and Antonio are celerating their love... again...
Please save the date for
Either
The very special renewal of their vows.
or
Their special vow renewal
or
A special vow renewal ceremony.
I think it was simply the amount & order of the words in the second part that was bothering me.

Something else I just noticed...the capitalization seems off.
It seems like it should be all, none, or "title" caps for the top section:
Serenity and Antonio are celebrating the love ... AGAIN
-or-
Serenity And Antonio Are Celebrating The Love ... AGAIN
-or-
Serenity and Antonio are Celebrating the Love ... AGAIN
-but not-
Serenity and Antonio Are Celebrating The love ... AGAIN
The bottom section looks good, except that I would use a lower case "t" in Save the Date. (And I still think "for" would sound better than "of".)
I hope you don't think I'm picking too much. Just trying to help.

If I sit and pick, then I could find those little things, but if I got that in the mail, I would think it was lovely. I think you did a marvelous job! Mine didn't look that nice!!

Exactly... I was looking at it from the POV of just getting one. The basic message came through, and I love the overall look. As an invited guest, I wouldn't notice (or care about) whether proper wording was used.

And, Are and The shouldn't be capitalized.
With that said, you guys are picking way too much, lol.

I gave that as an option, too.
And, like we all said, we know we're being picky. There wasn't anything major wrong with them (They are great!) so we had to look at the tiny details to find anything to "help" with. --We just wanted to help.-- I hope we didn't offend.

Just to put in my again (so that probably makes 4!! )
I think what is meant by "The Love" is the love between them.
I still like it like that!!!

I personally like "the love." It IS the love that you share that you are celebrating, right?

Thanks so much ladies for all the replies!
I have been sick -- had a bad sinus infection, then it was found I have a cyst in my right sinus cavity!!! So I will be getting some surgery with that, and been kind of woozy with all the meds I am on...
"Celebrate the love...again" is the theme of the event...it's just a phrase my husband and I always use (we are weird; it's like a joke), so we decided to use it for the vow renewal.
This is just the first run so i will redo and use "for" instad of "to"
Thanks for all the feedback and I will be getting here to the boards much more often as I can I love it here!

Sorry to hear about your surgery. I had sinus surgery a couple of years ago. It's not fun, but it made me feel ever so much better. I hope yours goes well. Keep us posted.
