Default Bride Name Change Kit
For those new brides or soon to be brides, if you are planning on changing your name after the wedding, there is a kit from theknot.com that is very helpful. The kit is on sale today (June 15, 2006) only. I think it's not a bad deal full price though. http://weddingshop.theknot.com/weddi....aspx?pId=P212

I bought one and it's full of forms that you can fill out and send in. It also has letter formats for other places. The other nice thing is that it has everything printed as well as a CD that has the same information. It has a checklist too that has helped me think of places that I would have forgotten as well. This process of changing my name is a lot more involved than I was thinking.
