A certain someone on Pash keeps telling me to get my list on here. I keep putting it off, because I dont want to see ALL the stuff I have to do. She helped me with a list, so I will be posting it soon. (or she will hurt me )

It's looking good maroki13! Unlike someone I know who can't figure out how to make a list.

Go right ahead!! For me, it is easier to keep everything in categories instead of one long list.

Yeah! You wouldn't believe how quickly some poeple reply! Just wait & see
BTW I'd completely recommend getting one of your BMs to make the emergency kit. I asked my MOH to do it & she did really well, plus it meant it was one more tiny detail that I didn't have to take care of by myself.
Are you going to your honeymoon right after the wedding or staying somewhere that night? I asked my MOH to make us up a "munchie box" too... I figured we wouldn't have a lot of time to eat at the reception & would both be starving by time we got to our room!

Probably so you can send one to the guest. I didn't attach my stamps to my replies in case the guest wanted to use their own card/stationary. If you include a SAE they have no excuse not to reply! (of course that is still no guarantee! )

Yeah, I'm excited. I didn't have that "OMG, this is really happening" moment though....I was going to wait for FH but then decided that I wanted them to go out today, and he won't be home until after the mail goes out.
I'm really excited to start getting RSVPs in the mail though.

THe invites were really, really close to the weight for the stamps, and I added an extra thing to hers for her parents, so I wanted to make sure it got there. Thus the extra stamp.....I didn't want it to get returned.

I did have a 'freak-out' moment though, when I went to the PO to mail them. The PO guy picked one up and said "how much do you have on these?" I told him 63 cents and he raised his eyebrows, like that wasn't going to be enough. I was scared I was going to have to buy more stamps and put them on every envelope!!! He weighed it though (and I had gotten one weighed a month ago) and said it was fine. I was scared for a little bit though.

Maybe he thought you'd just need the one stamp.

I got a little bit of wedding stuff done today.
I bought all the cardstock for our programs and favor tags today (on sale at Michaels!!!)
I found a frame & mat for guests to sign at the reception...it was 50% off. I only spent $15 on it, I'm so excited!! The frame is 16"x20", with room for an 8"x10" photo in the middle.
We've gotten about 10 RSVPs back so far, and NO ONE has replied no!! I'm starting to get scared that more people than we anticipated are going to come...but it is so exciting to get them in the mail!!

Nah, you'll be fine. Remember that a lot of the people who don't send back the RSVP's are "no's" anyway. You'll definitely have some of those!!
Congrats on getting more done!!! And good job on the mat for signing. Mine ended up costing around $60! Of course it is really big, but still!!!

A big wedding day today....
We bought our rings!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding band (just looks like my e-ring without the center diamond) and how it matches my e-ring perfectly. The rings both have to be resized, so we can pick them up on Wednesday.
While I was at the jewelry store, I found a pair of pearl earrings that I LOVE. They are dangly pearl earrings with white gold filigree and tiny diamonds throughout. However, they were $500.
We also ordered our wedding cake today. We are getting a round, 4-tier cake that feeds 163. We are expecting about 150 at the reception. We got two flavors: marble cake with chocolate mousse filling, and white cake with raspberry filling. They are both delicious.
I'm so excited! Things are getting crossed off..........
