Default Met with cooridinator with Hall

Well, we went to the first planning meeting with the hall. We picked the cake out:

We are doing chocolate filled with choccolate mousse and the other 1/2 will be white with raspberry filling. The flowers will be int he fall colors and the steps coming off the cake will have tealights on them. We got the perfect cake topper (it fits us perfectly).

We are having fruit and swedish meatballs for Hors D'oeuvres.
Dinner is :
Stuffed Cabbage
Chicken with Lemon Sauce
Glazed carrots
salad
buttered parsley red skin potatoes
broccoli and cauiflower w/ cheese sauce on side
hard and soft dinner rolls

The Bar package is included with the hall. It is unlimited and open the whole time.
The tablecloths will be ivory colored with cloth napkins in fall colors.
The center peices are the tall towers of flowers with tealights all sitting on a mirror. All I have to give them is the tealights. They have everything else. They are doing all the set up. I have to drop everything off the day before for them. They will put out the favors for me. This coming Saturday they are having an event that has the stuffed Cabbage, so they are maing us a take home container, so we can go and pick them up so we can try them, to make sure we like them. The food at the end of the night, they will package up in their containers and send home with us. FH really likes the swedish meatballs, so they will make sure they dave some for us, just incase they are all gone when we get to the hall.
There will be 2 coorinators at teh reception the whole time incase there is any problems.

We are soo please with this hall!!

That sounds great!! It sounds like they will be very involved and helpful in making sure your day runs smoothly.

I wish I had a day-off coordinator.

We really thought that was a misprint in there information. We kept asking them about that when we did our tour. We thought maybe they only gave us 2 bottles of things and when those are done, there is no more. Well that is not the case. We were very surprsied with that. Our wedding is a Sunday, so I don't think a ton of people will be drinking, but still will save us money.

The open bar sounds great!! I don't think we are having alcohol at our wedding, for a couple of reasons. We might have reconsidered if it was included in our package, as it is with yours. Congrats!!
