Default Attention NYC Pashers
I need a make-over. I want a real pro to color and cut my hair. There are some very nice salons in Albany, but I know there are many more in NYC.

Can anyone recommend a place? I'm expecting to spend a pretty penny so what are the "it" places to have your hair done?
