PS, I've used the gel version of this. I've put it on my face before and only had a problem once because I didn't rub it in good enough. So, if your skin's not sensitive and you want to try it on your face, make sure to rub/wipe it in evenly, put some cream on your upper lip and along the top hairline of your eyebrows. Do not put in ON your eyebrows. Use sweeping motions from your nose out to your hairline in every direction. Just make sure it's even Keep smoothing it over even though you can't see it anymore.
You'll have to do this one every day if you plan to keep up with the tan on your body. 1) after all that smoothing into the face, it isn't as dark as the tan on your body and 2) most of us wash our faces everyday with cleansers, it fades

(evenly at least).
Best exfoliator for this product that I've found - the common household washcloth and soap. If you mess up you can use that to get it off, or make it less noticable.
When/IF doing ankles and tops of feet: use a heavy cream first on them. The sunless settles in those dry cracks. Pay close attention to how heavy you're going on your feet. You don't need much for them, just something to transition your leg into your foot. I'm incredibly pale so I have to do my feet tops all the way down. This is the only area I mess up on.
Another PS - I've also used the spray version of this.

way too hard to control the stream. It stings if you've shaved anytime recently, high alcohol content, it doesn't "keep" as long in your cabinet, you get fewer uses out of it and it doesn't spray evenly. Think of how a can of paint can be sprayed either in a stream or in a wide spray. Same with this. Sometimes it makes lines, sometimes it doesn't. This is good if you've got someone else with a steady hand to help you.
