Default Program Help

Hi everyone,

This is the first time that I am posting. I saw this idea on blissweddings and loved it. http://www.blissweddingsmarket.com/b...s/michelle.htm (it's the CD case program). I had been wanting to do a CD for the wedding from the begining and thought this would be such a nice way to encorporate it. However, I'm not exactly sure what type of vellum paper is used and how to use some of the materials that they give you in the instructions.

Then, I was going through the posts, and saw the programs that ljeagle had made. These match my invitations to a tee, and I loved them!! Oh well, I think it's too late for that being that I bought the cases already, but I would appreciate the help with the programs that I had mentioned.

Thanks!

I'm trying to get all of the right supplies. I am putting the CD's in the cardboard cases that they sell on Bliss Weddings. I'm having trouble with the vellum, and the stamps. I'm not sure which ones to buy.

(on another note...how do you get the counter as your signiture), I went to snugglepie, and created it, but can't get it as my signiture.

Here is the thread that will help you with the TICKER!

For stamps I say you will have to wait till they are finished and then take them to the post office and they could tell u.

As far as what u need I don't know if I could be much help I have never seen them. But from the picture u need eyelets, light weight vellum I got mine at Michael's but make sure u buy the light weight. The heavy stuff don't fold to well it will crack sometimes when u fold it, and some kind of ribbon.

On the middle of the CD holders u will punch your eyelets through then use a hole punch to punch holes in the vellum to match where the eyelets are. then u take your ribbon and tie them together. Hope that helps!

Hi, Jazi94...

Steven here, an owner of BlissWeddingsMarket.com...

1). Welcome to our forums! Hope you get tons of information here that'll help you with your wedding planning,

2). Thanks for ordering from us, I hope you are happy with your product,

3). If you have a Staples by you, then you can purchase vellum paper there. The only thing is that they come in letter-sized packs and so you'll have to cut down the sheets to the correct size. As for the rubber stamp, you can get them at:

NATIONAL RUBBER STAMP COMPANY INCORPORATED
1704 W BELMONT AVE
CHICAGO, IL 60657
(773) 281-6522

If you have any other questions, I'm here to help...Thanks again!

Thanks so much for the help. I was also able to get the ticker. I put it on my website as well. They are so cute!

I will take all of your advice, and let you know how it turns out. I'm not sure about the embossing poweder, or how to use that either, but I'm giving it a shot, and going to hope for the best.

ljeagle - how much did your programs cost (if you don't mind me asking) I really do love them.

Steven - thanks for the help with the stamp. I am going to order that as soon as possible as well.

Welcome to Pash Jazi94
I think those are really cute invites I love LJ's programmes, she put a heap of work into those so far, but I bet she'll share all the measurements etc. if you want to try them...

I love my ticker too! Though I'm not quite as fond now it's cownting down so quickly!

I did my programs my self and my sister printing them at her work with a laser printer. Then she took them to a place and had them cut. Since her work takes a lot of stuff there they didn't charge her for it. But it would of only been about $15 to have them cut if that. Paper was about $20 I'm only doing 60 programs 1 per family. Ribbon was about $10 I didn't really keep up with it all. So out of my pocket was about $30! Hours it took me to do this you don't even want to know. I haven't even put them together yet but just doing the computer work I say a good 10 hours if not more. Ask Ann she helped me a good 3 hours one day with just the front page. If you need a template let me know!
