a little update

Since Ann updated I thought I would! Yay ANN,LJ, AND I all have 15-16 days til the wedding!

I am having my "bachorlette" party Saturday night. It wont be anything crazy, more like a girls night in kinda party. I have no idea what really is going on though, cause my friends planned it.

I am heading back to my parents (where the wedding will be) Monday or tuesday to stay until the wedding. Mom and I have lots to finish now that I am done with school. We need to just finalize everything and make sure everything is still planned.

Our total guest number so far is about 250, but we keep getting response cards everyday. So well see how that number grows.

Erik is having his Bachelor party next week...they are going go-carting...such guys

so far so good...I do have to spend a week and a half at home. I might go crazy then I still have some finalizing left to do and some things to get. When I first got engaged I had 560 days til the wedding...now with 14 it is really exciting

My dead line was the 15th a week ago! I got 5 more this week so we will see what happens. My family is doing the food so it's not a big deal we just wanted a close count.

Even if it is just to check you have enough seats set out and favours etc. Are you doing a seating plan at all?

It makes you look at weddings in a different light when you are planning your own; I would never really have bothered about sending a reply before, but I'll never miss sending one again! I know how much of a relief it is to get them in early!

Hey girls,
I am home now until the wedding. I have been super busy seeing friends and familu and also getting things done for the wedding. I got here Tuesday afternoon and went immediately to pick up my wedding dress. The shop I got the dress from was being a little weird, so I wanted to pick up the dress and get that done with. I spent the evening with an old friend.

On wednesday mom and I drove up to the church and watched the powerpoint slideshow that we had a friend make for us. We are having a slide show of pictures of each of us (My fiance and I) growing up and dating. This will help some of our guests that havent been around us as much see some fun pictures. We also went and paid for the wedding cake and finialized the delivery time and information. After this my mom and I stopped and made appoitments to go get manicures and pedicure before the wedding. My two sisters, My mom and I will all be going. Should be fun.

Today I went to the mall with one of my old friends and got my wedding night lingerie. I got an all white baby doll from a store in the mall. It was a fun trip with my friend. My sister and I also made a bunch of my party favors. I think they are almost done being made. Ill keep you updated on all of the wedding plans the next week.

I went shopping for my wedding night lingerie too I said to my mum about the PJs I had made and she got the impression those are what I'd be wearing on my wedding night! Can you imagine Mo's face if I turned up in pink cottn PJs lmfao....

Hello,
Well time is slowly escaping. Good thing these days feel longer than 24 hours because I sure am staying busy.
My mom and I went to day and met with the friend of ours who is doing my flowers and decorating. She is so excited that I can't help but be all giddy lol. We also went and paid for all of the rentals that we needed. We are renting some cocktail tables, white chairs, drink fountains, and table covers. It felt good to get some of the things out of the way. Tonight we are going to make the programs and CD's of music. I already have the music on my computrer I just need to put them on CD's.

Thursday should be a fun day. Both of my sisters are skipping school to spend the day with mmy mom and I. We are goign to pick up the Baklava (were using as a dessert with the cake, I am greek so we had to have some greek food), I have a makeup trial with Prescriptives sometime on Thursday. We have another friend at the church who is a big time manager with prescriptives so she has been setting all of that up for me Then we are going hang out until we go get our manicures and pedicures done that evening. It should be fun. We are going to a place that can do all four of us at once, which should be funnn! I will get some pics and try to post them.

Friday will be a busy day because we are decorating all day at the church and having the rehersal that eveing. I am excited because I will get to see my Fiance. I have been home since last Tuesday so I havent see him since last Monday. I guess distance makes the heart grow fonder. But I still miss him. Well I think that is all the updates for now. TTYL
