Default water proof

I do not wear mascara, but I need some for the wedding. Does anybody know of a really good water proof mascara?

My ex-friend was a makeup artist & she used this proffesional stuff that was awesome. I don't know the name of it, but maybe you can go to a beauty supply store that sells the stuff?

I love Merle Norman! I think it's spelled that way.

I'm a Maybelline Queen. The old pink tube with the green cap 'tis the bomb. I can't do waterproof because of my contact lenses. I may buy Almay's waterproof (they have a formula that's nicer on the contact lense wearer's eyes) for the big day.

I've never had problem with my contacts. Didn't no they made a special formula for contact lens.

It's probably just got less irritating stuff in it. I have a hard time getting it off and end up messing my eyes up. I just wear regular ol' mascara and never had a problem.

I don't know if it was waterproof or not but I got a kind at the store that was called soft and full or something like that. I know it was soft and something else. Anyway, I put it on and realized it should have really been called thick and gloppy.

Spend the time and money to get a high quality product and don't use the "whatever is the cheapest and sounds nice" method.

I usually use Mary Kay and love the stuff. I should have known to not skimp but I needed new and didn't want to wait.

Oh! Oh!! Go to Ulta (if it's near you). They have some ladies that are really knowledgeable. Especially the one in Roseville (used to work there)- ask for Kim or Jen (Kim's really tall and thin and Jen usually has pink streaks in her hair) they are both REALLY on the know of all the products. Personally I use Bourjois Volume but I don't know if it has a waterproof version. It's more expensive- like around $15 - $20- but they are great quality, and if it doesn't work right- SAVE the reciept and you can return it! (Just watch out for the manager Kathy- she's a big biatch! Gave my mom a hard time for returning a face lotion that made her sensitive skin breakout- with the reciept! B***h. )

I usually wear Physician's Formula but I don't know if they make mascara. I love it though because it doesn't cake on and you can't tell its there.
