Help me find this dress!

Does anyone know who makes this dress. I know I saw it once upon a time but don't know the maker ect...

I would like to try it on in ivory although the silver might be pretty and non traditional.
They have it on ebay, but the seller isn't a whole lot of help. They don't carry it in my size and I know it is manufactured in my size.
