Default more bad customer service

So....some of you may remember from the other site that I had bad customer service (that somewhat got resolved) from a hotel in the area that I wanted some of my guests to stay at. I was finally able to get ahold of them and blocked 15 rooms for my wedding. They said that I had to sign a letter to guarantee my room rate and my blocked rooms. Great...I'll sign. Show me the letter!

*Problem*

Haven't gotten any letter from them. No correspondence at all from them. It has been 3 weeks. I am so annoyed. I'm assuming that she probably didn't enter my information at that moment and put it aside to do later...and never ended up doing it. So I'm assuming I am also not in the computer. I am so frustrated with this stupid hotel. I already called around today for other rates, and there are some other hotels where the rates are good and I got good customer service. So, I'm going to call this local hotel up, see what the situation is, and then let them know that they lost my business and the reasons why. The situation is still so frustrating though. Stupid people. *ugh*

This is getting ridiculous Maroki! As if it wasn't bad eneough at first this is what you get now. I know you like this place but their service has been dreadful. Is this really the kind of sevice you'd want your family & friends to receive if they stay there???

Good! That hotel was crappy. I wouldn't do business with someone who didn't do what they said they would.

There was a photographer I really liked, I called and left a message- answering machine said they would be back in a week. I also emailed them (to be safe) Next week no call, so I called them back and the machine had been changed to say that they would be back in another week. No call to say "sorry, I'll call you back next week- we decided to extend our vacation" SO- they didn't get my business!
