Dress
I am thinking about getting this dress for my wedding. I am a simple gal but would it be weird to wear it? It's actually a bridesmaid dress. I tried it on in another color (I would get ivory) and it looks great on me. I am trying to visilize the ivory on me and I think it would work. What to you all think?

I love the dress! If you have the body to wear it go for it.

I say go for it...it's a very pretty dress and since its "technically" a bridesmaid dress it will probably be alot cheaper.

I absolutely love that dress. I've actually posted it before as a possible BM selection for my girls in the chocolate brown color. I think it's a really gorgeous dress and would make a beautiful wedding gown in ivory!

I love it in chocolate also!! I first liked it for a bridesmaid dress. When I sent a pic to my sister she thought it was a bride dress. I put it in ivory online and thought wow cute. Went a tried it on and loved it. Just trying to get past the (Will everyone know I am in a bridesmaid dress? factor).

I can practically guarantee that unless your bridesmaids are wearing that dress or one similar, your cover won't be blown.

Who cares if they know it is marketed as a bridesmaid dress, ijust because its marketed that way doesn't mean it can't be your wedding dress!!! I think you should go for it! I love it, very sopisticated!

It will be a beautiful wedding dress. Remember, most of your guests only attend one or two weddings a year. They will have no idea that you chose to wear a bridesmaid's dress (or a prom dress or evening gown, etc.), and if they knew they would probably think that you were creative and not swayed by the need to choose a dress that isn't you.

Oh, me likey!! Very pretty. I don't think anybody would even notice it was a BM dress. I actually tried on a dress similar to that, but without all the layers on the bottom. If it looks good on you and you like it, I say go for it!

No one will care or notice that it's a bridesmaid dress. I actually almost bought a prom dress before I saw the one I got. Its an actual wedding dress but its almost plainer than that one. If you haven't picked the bridesmaids' dresses yet, try a simple sundress or spaghetti stap one to make your dress stand out more.
BTW, that dress is absolutely stunning!
