Hi new here
Hi I am new here. Just wanted to give a quick into. My fiance and I have been together for about 6 years. He proposed on our sons 2nd birthday (Oct. 1st, 2005). I was helping my son open his gifts. My SO was handing me the gifts. He handed the last one to me and said "this one is for you" I did not really get what he said so I passed the gift to our son. SO took it and handed it back to me and repeated "this one is for you". I figured one of the relatives decided to be nice and get something special for me. You know I work hard all day raising a 2 year old  I opened the bag and inside was a beautiful jeweled box. My thought was "wow, who got this for me" and then in dawned on me as I was opening it. Maybe????? Yep there was a ring inside with the note that said "I love you - Marry me? All of our friends and family were watching and I said yes or something to that effect.
Our date is set for July 29th 2006
We just bought a house and moved in. We have been crazy busy and I have not done really any planning for the wedding. I really just got on the bandwagon about a week ago. We have a church and reception site which is out of town. I do not have a dress and have yet to let all my bridemaids know they are bridesmaids. I just found this site and hope it will be a valuable resource for all of my wedding plans.
