moisturizing
I just thought of this this morning... I don't mind aging, as long as I do so *gracefully*. I think my face is doing ok, but there's the part where my neck meets my upper torso that's not looking too good, even though I moisturize there every day.
Maybe I'm one of the few people who even has time to think about this but I thought I'd ask, since not everyone on here is a blushing 21-year old! (CW - )

Maybe you need a richer cream for that area...
It's the apples of my cheeks that get all dry and flakey on me If I use a rich cream all over I get spots, but if I use a lighter one I get dry cheeks... So I end up having to use two different ones!

I actually moisturize my entire body but can't do so too much on the face. It makes me breakout. I did get some new stuff from Avon Anew in a brown bottle and it doesn't make me break out.

I moisturize daily, everywhere. For my face Iuse Oil of Olay, I swear by it. My forehead and cheeks are dry and I can use Olay everywhere on my face without any type of problem. For a really dry body I use the Lavendar scented Baby Oil as I get out of the shower before I dry off, then I use a thick lotion like Suave. I have a ton of Bath & Body lotion but let's face it, it's great for scent but not for really dry skin. Sometimes I'll get actual dry patches and for that I bought a small stick of cocoa butter. It smells like chocolate.
ETA: Oh - definitely buy a loofah. Not the scrungy soft kind, but the tannish colored ones and use that with a body cleanser with lotion.

I moisturize my face religiously every night.... with Oil of Olay.
During the winter I use jergens lotion on my legs and arms. Since being preggo, I use cocoa butter lotion on my hips, thighs, belly, and boobs.

I moisturize my face every day. If I don't it's dry and not so pretty.
I do the rest of me often but in the winter it's not always as often as I should. Sometimes I look and my legs are scaley and then I know I haven't done it often enough.

I moisturize the cheek/mouth area of my face which is the only dry spot on my normal/oily face. And I moisturize my arms, elbows and legs...and feet.

I have terrible skin! I use Vaseoline Healthy Body Complexion right after I get out of the shower and I use Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF after I wash my face. I have very strange skin! I have breakouts all the time. My skin is really oily, but its also flaky. But since I have been using Cetaphil its really cleared up! I really love it!

I moisturize my face with Vichy Thermal Fix 1 (the expensive s**t), and the rest of my body with different lotions depending on my mood or what I feel like smelling like today.
Whiddle, you should start moisturizing your face for sure, as it tends to catch up with you eventually.

Hmmm... I just realized I put on lotion from the shoulders down when I get out of the shower, and then I put stuff on my face--but I don't do my neck! Now that you mentioned it, I'll have to remember to put something on there! But I just very recently started using Oil of Olay anti-wrinkle, anti-blemish on my face. Before that I skipped moisurizer because my skin gets oily. Then 30 hit and I noticed I'm getting those tightness lines around the eyes! So now I use that and eye cream.

Those are great aren't they? First time I noticed them I almost started to cry and thought: "Wait! That'll make them worse!"

Haha, well, I'm only 21, but I do moisturize because my skin gets really dry in the winter. I have a face moisturizer that is really light and I use a pretty heavy Bath and Body works cream for the rest of me every time I shave. It also helps with razor burn for me, which is important, because I shave my arms as well as my legs, and razor burn on my arms would stink.

I've been fortunate around the eyes, I guess. At almost-37, the thing that makes me wince are the little lines on my upper lip... if I space out and don't moisturize for a few days, they become quite noticeable. *sigh*
My skin is very sensitive and the skin on my neck and upper torso is just as prone to breakouts as my face... it's a PITA. So I have to use the same moisturizer there that I use on my face.

I was blessed with great skin too. I still have no wrinkles just yet, and by looking at my mom, even when I get them, I'll still look damn good for my age.
I used to work in a cosmetic boutique and all the old ladies told me that I should start moisturizing to get into the habit. I have only begun now because I'm experiencing dry spots. But your skin does change, especially in the late twenties - early thirties, as mentioned, and from there on. It also changes with pregnancy, no matter what age. Appreciate it now, but once it starts changing, just know that it'll never be what it was in your youth. The little old ladies' regrets were always the same, that they didn't start taking care of their skin before they saw wrinkles.

I have noticed when trying to put on eyeshadow that I have saggy eyelids now....and crows feet are forming around my eyes.
I am falling apart!

I hear ya, I have noticed the first real singes of ageing recently. My eyeshadow isn’t going on the same, I have little lines around my eyes and my skin is changing. I have always said I will be ok with wrinkles if they are happy wrinkles (i.e. laugh lines), But recently I have had the urge to fight nature with full comedic force. I’m pretty sure it is mostly related to the wedding though. I keep thinking “I wonder how bad this or that is going to get before the wedding” and when I realize that it will probably show in the picks I think “well there is always airbrushing.” I wouldn’t botox because it freezes facial expressions but I have to admit I am increasingly curious about rejuvenating facials and laser treatments .

I try to remember to use lotion but I only remember like twice a year. I moved it to my night stand though LOL!
