My fiance and I thought that we would never be able to plan a wedding around Los Angeles under $10,000. We were engaged this past May when my fiance decided to join the Air Force. He wanted to have me in the process the entire way and told me to plan an August wedding. So in a matter of days I was frantically searching for my dress, the venue, invitations, etc. We found a wonderful place in Twin Peaks, Ca. Its 30 miles from Big Bear and 3 miles from Lake Arrowhead. It is called Lake Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins, and it is absolutely serene and a dream come true. We were prepared to have a church wedding and a cake reception with maybe 50 guests, but this venue has made it possible to have 100 guests and have all the wonderful things a wedding should have. We have all our invites out, and are waiting for RSVPs now. I cannot believe that it is going so fast! We are slowly receiving gifts in the mail and are looking forward to the wedding chaos to end. I need some advice on favors and things to entertain our guests, any suggestions owuld be great. Id also like to share what we have done in such a short time to make our dream wedding possible.
